Sanchez with a 139.4 QB rating, I wonder if Carrol still thinks he's not ready for the NFL?

Being Bungles kicker Shayne Graham, in that lockeroom, must really suck right now.
That guy blows. He certainly out of Cincy and I'd be surprised if he latches on anywhere next year.

Lyte, I told my dad about that. I wonder if he's going to deposit a stool sample into Carroll's mouth.
Bass, goes to show you CAN run and win. Andy is saying it's "camera tricks" and that they really passed on every down.

Baltimore just physically beat the shit out of New England. I have never seen the Brady-Belichick Patriots look so overmatched.

Which is another reminder that you can win with a strong rushing and defense without asking your QB to do that much, basically just don't fuck up.

Jules, the thing with Sanchez that most of the sports radio talked about this season is Pete was pissed that he left him with no real starting option this year. Carroll's plan was to have Sanchez through this season and have the guy he started this year start after a year on the bench. Screwed up his season and plans, so he made that comment.
Sanchez made the best career move though, seeing that if he was coming out with the class this year, he'd be lucky to get in the 2nd round. This year, he was the 5th pick in the draft, getting a chance to start out of the box. Good for him, I'll be rooting for the Jets to make Carroll look like a jackass.

I remember the whole incident. Carroll really was acting like a petulant child rather than a true mentor and someone genuinely concerned with the welfare of his player. What a selfish d-bag.

For some context, the omnipotent Tom Brady had a fumle, three picks and went 23 of 42 for 154 yds and 2 TDs.
And the grear Aaron Rodgers is looking super accurate today, too.

As amazing were some of the catches the WRs were making. Looked like all of them felt like their lives depended on every catch. Wish the Eagles could even have 1/10 of that passion.

Yep. Has anyone here even mentioned the complete lack of urgency by Vick to recover that fumble? At what point does Reid catch some heat???

Just curious. Why should Reid catch heat for THAT play? Come on now bash him for a lot of things, but not a player who lacked urgency.

Jeffey probably breathed a huge sigh of relief when the Pats got smacked down today.
Jeffey likes money.
Next week Jeffey will sleep better when the Cowboys lose again.

LLTV, I think the reason is that THAT play encapsulates the Fat Man. NO URGENCY. No passion. No nothing. Just cheeseburgers and chilli cheese fries.

I have never seen the Brady-Belichick Patriots look so overmatched.
I thought Baltimore would win, but they pretty much punched everyone on D in the mouth. Knew the game was over when they went down 24-0, and when they couldn't get the ball back at the end of the half, with the Ravens pinned deep. You knew the Ravens were still pissed about getting screwed by the refs, and being allow to 'play' meant Brady was in for some ish.
And the Pats had issues all year, with Moss, the D, and finally Welker. Got tired of them playing up Edelman on the TV, though. Yeesh.
