One of the All-time greats and I'm happy to see him go. How he played so well these past couple seasons is a complete shock to me. After he has the lis franc injury (or whatever it's called) 2 or 3 years ago, I figured he was done.

Hopefully he doesn't change his mind because losing him is a big blow to the Giants. He's still their best player.

I'd honestly disagree that he's the best player on that team anymore (at this point in his career. Id stay on the DL for their best player but I'd say it's Usi Umenyiora.) but it will be a loss.

Now if they could just find a way to trade away Shockey.

They'll find a suitor for Shockey soon enough, possibly New Orleans.

I hate him but I respect him. I can definitely see him getting a TV studio job in the near future. Seems like a cool, intelligent guy.

You can have Osi. Osi minus Winston Justice last year = 7 sacks.

He had 1 legitimately good year (2005), was given his stats last year by one man, and can't play the run.

I'd rather have Tuck.

Agree with F-d.

Seth, he only had 7 sacks in 15 games against NFL caliber competition

No sacks in the playoffs either.

Wake up, Seth

His skill set is fantastic, he saw more focus from opposing fronts as a result of him outplaying his linemates in the past.

Bottom line is that the G-men are worse today than yesterday and thats fine by me.

That's actually not a bad debate.

Is Strahan the best homosexual football player in history?

Whoa whoa whoa....what?

IIRC, Strahan's wife tried to launch a smear campaign in the NY Papers that Strahan had been cheating on her for years with another dude, a rumor that Strahan simply laughed off.
