Just curious if you want to step up and admit who you are. Last year around this time, you wasted your time posting on the Bills Message Board about how brilliant a talent evaluator you are. Specifically, you were mocking the Bills for trading Spike/Holcomb to the Eagles for what ended up being a 5th, 7th round pick. (Originally Walker/7th - Walker was sent to Chicago for their 5th)

Well. Here we are a year later. Buffalo has a 5th and a 7th. The Eagles cut Spikes and traded Holcomb for a 6th rounder. So you were saying something about talent...eval..ua..tion?

Spikes was a big insurance policy, to fill in and teach a young LB core.

The other, is that this Front office can;t draft worth a damn. They have still yet to go out and a solid, WR(Brown, maybe) DE(they lucked into COle) and LB(I present your 2nd round pick of McCoy).

OK, let me follow this - the Eagles got a good year out of a LB (not to mention vet leadership), while Buff rejoices in getting 2 picks that may be potentially worthless? "Ha! Take your player who did well - WE'VE got potential instead! Ha HA hA hA HA"

Yeah...I don't understand how the Bills won anything in this scenario.

In 2006, both the Eagles and Bills struggled on defense. The Birds added Spikes, replaced Walker with Bunkley, and got a 6th round pick for Holcumb.

The Bills got no players and a 5th/7th in this draft.

The Bills went from being a middle of the road to poor defense in 2006 to a very, very poor defense in 2007. They were actually 31st overall. Ouch.

The Eagles went from middle of the road to poor in 2006, to 10th overall in 2007.

Now, after the Eagles slaughtered the Bills in that end of the trade, we get to see how those picks work out (a 5th and 7th vs. the 6th the Eagles got).
