Not paying Hamels what he wanted could come back and bite the Phillies in the ass in this series with Brew Crew.
He pitched a shit load of innings this year but he doesn't seem to have the killer instict and the team doesn't score any runs for him as well.
First game in this series is huge folks.
Bye Bye Mets. Bunch of fkn PUSSIES. And their fans are a bunch of clowns.
LETS GO PHILS. HIT THE FKN BALL!

From the Old Gray Lady
In the clubhouse, players who endured a miserable fall and a dreary winter could not believe they were in for more of the same. José Reyes sat sobbing in front of his locker, his head in his hands, cursing himself. Wright, who admitted feeling pressure to carry the team, staggered around like a zombie, his eye black smudged. Jeff Wilpon, the chief operating officer, walked around consoling players, shaking Schoeneweis’s hand and sitting beside John Maine and Mike Pelfrey to offer encouragement. As he left, Carlos Beltrán fell onto Martínez’s shoulder, crying.

According to MLB.com, Jeff Wilpon told reporters, “I think we overachieved,” considering where the team was earlier in the year, and considering all of the injuries they had to deal with.
And with that... the Mets drop to somewhere between the Knicks and the WNBA on the relevancy scale in my mind. You have got to be kidding me.

Really. I mean, with the payroll he had, you think the team owner would be at least think thjey'd make the playoffs. What were his expectations? .500?
