Yes, it was a high stick, not even close but hardly a battle worth fighting.

If you're looking to rip the refs, there's other things to concern yourself with- its easy enuff to miss a high stick, to be fair.
I mean, as opposed to the dives, the goalie 'interference' calls etc...
